1 Introduction

Welcome to vf138. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your use of the vf138 website located at https://vf138.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services provided by vf138 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

3 Account Eligibility

5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, associate, or family member of a current employee of vf138 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for making this determination.
7. You are not using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vf138 is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required at any time — including prior to processing a withdrawal — to submit copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account showing your name)
• A clear selfie photograph where required by our compliance team

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vf138 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or as a result of unauthorised access — is your sole responsibility until you notify us of any security breach at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

vf138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods, minimum/maximum limits, and processing times are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vf138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply network or transaction fees for which vf138 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account Balance. Contact support promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
• vf138 reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits suspected of being connected to fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder, following successful KYC verification.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• vf138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request. This may delay processing beyond the standard timeframe.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via FPX/DuitNow) are processed within 1 business day. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals are subject to blockchain network times, typically 30–60 minutes.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method and Account tier.

Anti-Money-Laundering

vf138 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with its international licensing obligations. All transactions are monitored. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vf138 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available once per Account, household, IP address, and payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement by expiry will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Wagering on excluded games (typically live dealer, certain table games, or progressive jackpots) will not count towards fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• vf138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing obligations on the part of the Company will be honoured for bonuses already credited.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or use of low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to Account suspension.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply. These are specified in individual promotion terms where applicable.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the vf138 Platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. General gaming rules applicable across all products are set out below:

• Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified random number generation systems independently audited for statistical fairness and integrity.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical results (card shuffles, roulette spins, etc.) streamed live. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be settled based on the most recent verifiable game state.
• Sports betting odds are set by vf138's trading team. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, the agreed odds are locked.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error") on any market, vf138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's Account Balance.
• vf138 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a material technical fault. In such cases, all applicable stakes will be refunded.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or game session may apply and are specified within game-specific rules or on the Cashier page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vf138 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug are not redeemable and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports betting corruption.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Laundering funds, structuring transactions, or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing communications with vf138 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or similar tools.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vf138 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video streams, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to vf138 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from vf138.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vf138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond vf138's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, game results, or odds displayed on the Platform.
• Losses or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vf138 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vf138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

vf138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial, personal, or mental wellbeing, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the following tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.

12 Suspension & Termination

vf138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction by a payment provider.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the player or to vf138.

In the event of Account termination for cause, vf138 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be returned after completion of all applicable due diligence procedures, subject to any legal holds or regulatory requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vf138 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

vf138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, vf138 will provide notice to registered players via email or on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
